Our bitbucket production server is down. This is critical
It says our license is expired but we bought and installed a license. When we click license we get an error
We get a 500 Error

Hi Jesper, I found out that one of my colleagues already helped you with this issue :) I will share the resolution here so other users in the same situation can benefit from this:
In this case, looks like you were hitting a known bug: BSERV-10428 which was preventing you from updating your Bitbucket license key. Upgrading to a fixed version of Bitbucket Server (5.6.2) seems to have fixed the issue, and you were able to successfully update the license key on the Bitbucket instance.
