No repository avatar for Rust

Most languages such as JS, Python or Java have custom repository avatars. Rust just uses the default `</>` avatar. I'm not sure this is the right place to post this but it'd be nice if Rust also had a custom avatar.

At the moment we only have custom avatars for the most popular languages, however, if you'd like Rust to have an avatar as well, you can submit a Feature request at https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues?status=new&status=open.
