No option to create a personal workspace

I am not able to see the option to create a personal workspace which I used to have earlier.

Steps followed:
1) Click on Profile

2) All workspaces

No option to create any new workspaces.

Are there any changes?

Not sure what was the reason for missing out that option.

Hi Gopi,

There have been recent changes in workspace creation. Workspaces can now be created only in Atlassian administration (https://admin.atlassian.com/).
