No llega invitación de acceso

Buenas tardes, estoy tratando de invitar a un nuevo participante para que tenga acceso al bitbucket de la organización, pero no le llega ningún mensaje de invitación. He ratado cancelando y volviendo e emitir la invitación.

El correo o cuenta de correo es el siguiente: deivi.dongo@qualis-support.com

La invitación se queda en invitación pendiente.

Welcome to the community.

I see that the user’s Atlassian email preferences show they have unsubscribed from all notification types, including invitations, which is why they are not receiving any invitation emails. To fix this:

  • To start receiving invitations again, they need to go to their Atlassian account’s email preference center and select at least the “Product invitations” option to receive invitations for Bitbucket Cloud.
  • Once done, an admin of the workspace they've been invited to must go to Workspace Settings > User Groups, access all the user groups they were invited to, expand “Invitations Pending,” and click “Cancel invitation” to stop it from being processed for all groups. Then, they should click “Add Members” in the top right, enter their email address, and resend the invitation.
