No Development branch type for gitflow?

dan_p
June 3, 2014

I am trying to set stash up for gitflow, but when I go to create a branch for develop, Development type of branch (as shown on https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/Using+branches+in+Stash#UsingbranchesinStash-Configuringthebranchingmodel) is not available.

Also I noticed on the "Branching model" page that the Development label has a little red asterisk next to it but it doesn't seem to refer to anything.

I have set 'Enable' on the "Branching model" page. Is there some other setting I need?

Hi Dan,

Once you have pushed a repo into your Stash you will be able to select one of its branches to be the "Development Branch".

Best regards,
