Hi,
We’re on the Bit-Bucket Free plan with a private repository.
When inviting new users:
Invitation email is received and accepted
One Time Password verification completes successfully
Users are redirected but receive a 404 error
They cannot see the workspace or any repositories
From the admin side:
Users appear under Organization Admin → Users, and also within the user group under Repository settings → General → Repository Permissions (but they do not appear under Workspace → Directory).
They have Write access
They are added to a user group that has repo access
I also tried adding them directly with repository Invite
No member limit warnings
Existing users still work fine
This affects all newly added users
The accounts are regular Bit-Bucket accounts (not managed), and access is via browser.
Is there an additional workspace-level permission required for visibility? Or could this be a known issue with permission propagation on the Free plan?
Thanks.
Hey everyone,
Our engineering team identified an issue with the event queue that was preventing user management requests from being processed.
This has since been resolved. Please check and let me know if you are still experiencing any issues with recently added users being unable to access the workspace.
Regards,
Syahrul
Yes, it seems to have been resolved since, but I couldn't verify it earlier due to the service disruption today. Thank you!

Having the same issue, seems to be a very recent bug, the same procedure worked out for me a week ago
