Hi There,

Our Bitbucket been updated to Atlassian Bitbucket v7.19.2, it seems running fine. On the Bitbucket server, we kept all the old version installation folders, recently we removed old 4.10.1 installation folder, but current versuon Bitbucket no longer working until restore folder 4.10.1. It seems some dlls are used by  new version. As you may knew version 4.10.1 had old log4j which need remove. How can I fix this issue?

Cheers,

Tony

Hi Tony,

Bitbucket Server is a Java application, and itself doesn't really use DLLs. Which folder is it that you need to restore for it to work again?

Hi Christian,

Under C:\Atlassian\Bitbucket we have existing previous version installation folder 4.10.1 and new installation folder 7.19.2. Because under 4.10.1 had old log4j, so we tried delete 4.10.1 folder which would fix log4j vulnerability, but impact current running Bitbucket 7.19.2. It seems there are file shared each other. What can we do?

Cheers,

Tony
