Need to run git gc on remote repo

Hi! 

Sorry for bothering you here, but I need to run "git gc" on my remote repo in order to run a garbage collector and as far as I know it the only way to do it by team support.

I did open a support case but had not yet received any reply. Because of the urgency, I wrote it here, our developer team can not commit new changes.

I should mention that I or my team didn't push any big files - just suddenly size increased from 1.6 to 2.95 GB. If you can tell me the reason I appreciate it.

My local size is 1.6GB.
