Need help to reset User 2FA authenticator while log in to Bitbucket

We are using Okta as SSO, but while the user was trying to log in to Bitbucket Cloud, he was getting a 2FA code issue, and while sending the recovery code to email, it's saying to wait for 24 hours. We need asap support because we want to make changes in the Bitbucket Cloud's repositories to push the code, but are unable to. Please need help to reset the User 2FA authenticator for the user while logging in to Bitbucket. Could you please help on a priority basis? Thank you
