Need assistance with deleting account

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I've removed everything I can find, but when I try to delete my account I get the following message:

 

 

  • This account is related to active accounts that are set to AUTO-RENEW.
  • This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
  • This account is a technical contact for one or more products.
  • To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and designate a different user as a billing and technical contact.

 

I can't see anything else that is dependent on my account.

first of all you need to login into my.atlassian.com and follow this how-to article https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/deleting-your-atlassian-account-when-you-are-the-billing-or-technical-contact/
