NO PUEDO ELIMINAR MI CUENTA

Quiero eliminar mi cuenta (bitbucket, atlassian). No quiero usarla más, pero no me deja, me pone peros que no entiendo y la documentación no me ha ayudado. Quiero eliminar la cuenta definitivamente. Necesito ayuda para esto. No me sirve que me manden a buscar en la documentación. Por favor.

Hello. This is the error message: 

"This account is related to active accounts that are set to AUTO-RENEW. This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products. This account is a technical contact for one or more products. To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and designate a different user as a billing and technical contact. Read our support documentation for more help and instructions."

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

I checked in our system and I can see that your email address is listed as billing and technical contact for a Bitbucket workspace in our licensing system, https://my.atlassian.com/, as the error message indicates. This Bitbucket workspace was deleted a few days ago, but it can take up to 30 days for the workspace to be fully deleted from our system.

There are two options:

1. You can wait until 30 days pass from the day you deleted this Bitbucket workspace. The workspace should be fully deleted then, and you will be able to delete your account.

2. Alternatively, you can designate a different email address as billing and technical contact for this Bitbucket workspace in https://my.atlassian.com/product, and you won't need to wait for 30 days.

This option can be useful for active workspaces where there are multiple admins. However, your workspace is deleted and no one else has access to it. You could add another email address of yours as billing and technical contact for this deleted Bitbucket workspace in https://my.atlassian.com/product, but this would mean creating an additional Atlassian account with another email address of yours. So, then you'd have an additional Atlassian account to delete later (which is pretty much the same as waiting to delete your current account).

I believe that the easiest option would be to wait for 30 days from the workspace's deletion date and delete your account then.
