Hi @Mengjie Li and welcome to the community!

I can see in our system that the Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your community account has access to several Bitbucket workspaces. Most of them have repositories but there is one workspace that has no repos.

These are the steps to check repositories in different workspaces:

  1. Log in to https://bitbucket.org/
  2. Select your avatar (top right corner)
  3. Select All workspaces
You will see a list of all workspaces your account has access to.
  4. For each workspace on this list:
    • Open the workspace in a new tab
    • In the new tab, select Repositories from the top menubar to see the workspace's repos

Are you able to find the repos this way?

If the issue you are reporting has to do with this one workspace with no repos, then:

  • no repos may have been created in this workspace
  • this workspace may have had some repos in the past, but they may have been deleted or transferred

Deletion and transfer of repositories are recorded in the workspace's Audit Log. You can access the Audit Log the following way since you are an admin:

  1. While viewing the workspace with no repos, select the cog icon near the top right corner
  2. Select Workspace settings
  3. Select Audit Log from the left sidebar

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you're still experiencing issues. In the latter case, please mention the last two letters of the workspace you're having issues with so I can double check in our system.

Kind regards,
Theodora

Hello @Mengjie Li  and welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If your repositories are missing from the workspace, first ensure you're logged into the correct Bitbucket account and workspace. Check if you have the necessary permissions by navigating to Repository settings > User and group access or asking an admin to verify. If they were accidentally deleted or there's an outage, review the Audit Log and contact Atlassian Support for their further assistance: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi and Welcome,

you can do  some steps to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Check Your Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to view the repositories in the workspace. If you are not an admin or do not have access rights, you may not see the repositories.

  2. Verify Workspace Selection: Make sure you are in the correct workspace. Bitbucket allows you to have multiple workspaces, and you might be viewing a different one.

  3. Refresh the Page: Sometimes, a simple refresh can resolve display issues. Try refreshing your browser to see if the repositories appear.

  4. Browser Issues: Clear your browser cache or try accessing Bitbucket from a different browser or incognito mode to rule out any browser-related issues.

  5. Check Bitbucket Status: Occasionally, Bitbucket may experience outages or issues. Check the Bitbucket status page to see if there are any ongoing incidents.

If you provide more details about the issue, we can offer more specific advice perphaps.
