All my repos are missing from this workspace. I don't see any of them.

I can see in our system that the Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your community account has access to several Bitbucket workspaces. Most of them have repositories but there is one workspace that has no repos.
These are the steps to check repositories in different workspaces:

If the issue you are reporting has to do with this one workspace with no repos, then:
Deletion and transfer of repositories are recorded in the workspace's Audit Log. You can access the Audit Log the following way since you are an admin:

If your repositories are missing from the workspace, first ensure you're logged into the correct Bitbucket account and workspace. Check if you have the necessary permissions by navigating to Repository settings > User and group access or asking an admin to verify. you can do some steps to troubleshoot the problem:

Browser Issues: Clear your browser cache or try accessing Bitbucket from a different browser or incognito mode to rule out any browser-related issues.
