My price model will get affected?

Being an existing license holder, having the user tier as 1-10 how does this price upgradation affect us?

I assume you're asking about the Server EOL announcement. If that is right, you have two options:

1. Move to Bitbucket Cloud
2. Move to Bitbucket Data Center

If you go with Data Center, all you need to do is spend the money for the new license and install the license key. There is no requirement to have multiple application server nodes if you don't care about high availability.  If you go with Cloud, you will need to migrate your repos. There is currently no programatic way to migrate your pull request history, so you will either lose that data, or you will need to develop a method of migrating the data (or work with an Atlassian Partner to do it.) The repo migration part isn't hugely complicated, but it's tedious if you have a lot of repos.
