My business email address is black listed

Hi,

I am trying to register on bitbucket with my business email. Due to some issues on our mail servers I couldn't receive the verification email from bitbucket. The incoming email from outside domain has been fixed at our end. Still if I try to re-register with the same email I get a prompt that the email is already registered. 

I am assuming that my email must be black listed or blocked. Please guide me how can get verification email to register with that email address or how to unblock my email id so I can re-register.

Hi Ana,

Thank you for replying. I tried to reset the password. I get the following message but I have not received any email for the same. 

"We've sent you a verification email.

We sent a recovery link to your email address:

avinash.shukla@mirumagency.com"

Hi Nash! If you're getting the message that the email is already registered, that means that your registration went through and your account has been created. Can you try logging in and see if the system accepts you? If you don't know which password to use, you can reset it at https://bitbucket.org/account/password/reset/

Let us know if you can access your account now!
