My bit bucket Account is not loading giving me no details when try to create a pull request which is working fine with other accounts please help

Hi Zainabu, welcome to the Community,

Your description says that your account was not loading, this could be caused by a network issue or maybe there is something wrong on the Bitbucket side. If you're still experiencing this issue, please answer the following questions to help us troubleshoot the situation:

  1. You said it's working fine with other accounts, are those other accounts yours or from some colleagues? Are they accessing from the same network?
  2. Have you tried a different network?
  3. If you try a different browser, are you still unable to create the pull request?
  4. Can you provide a screenshot so we can exactly see what you mean by "not loading"?
  5. Are there any other operations that you're unable to perform?
