Welcome to the community.

Unfortunately, without a valid email address, there’s no way to bypass access to the old account. After a period of inactivity, we require verification of the login using a one-time code sent to the registered email address.

Since you no longer have access to that email, we’re unable to complete this verification. The only options are to either recreate that email address or regain access to it in order to proceed.
