Hi,

My company is on the Standard Plan and one of my users came to me and said he got a warning on one of our repositories that if we went over 2GB it would be converted to read only. Since we are on the Standard Plan I was under the impression that we would just get charged $10/month for more space.

If this thinking is wrong, please let me know.

Hi Walt, the difference between the Free and the Standard plan is the number of users you can grant access to your repos. You can have unlimited repositories, but with a limit of 2GB for each repository. If your repo reach this size, you'll need to reduce its size as explained at Reduce repository size.

If for some reason your repos need to be larger, then you can enable LFS

For more info about Standard accounts, you can check Bitbucket Cloud licensing.

Let us know if you have any questions!

Ana
