My Jira and Bitbucket account at cityvibe.atlassian.net just disappeared. I can log in using my username and password, but it just looks like a generic account with no data or anything in there whatsoever. There were at least 15 to 20 projects for our company in there, and now they are just gone. Please help.
Hello @Alix
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you one of the Organization Admins for the Organization under which the Jira site exists? Or are you an App Admin for the Jira app? If not have you reported this to them?
If you are the admin, have you logged into the Administration hub to find out the information available there about the subscriptions? Have you checked the Trash or Archive folders for Jira projects to see if the projects are there?
Could an admin have deleted the content or cancelled the subscriptions?
Was your company using Free subscriptions or paid subscriptions? If Free, when was the last time any body accessed the data within Jira or Bitbucket?
Note that this is a user community populated mostly by users of the Atlassian products. We don't have access to your site or subscription information.
The Admin hub I am referring to is https://admin.atlassian.com, where Organization Admins go to manage users, sites/sandboxes, subscriptions, etc.
When was the last time you accessed content in the Jira subscription?
Were you using a Free Jira subscription?
Are you the only user of that Jira subscription?

Hi @Alix
To assist you further, we'll need you to share personal information which would not be appropriate to share in a public forum such as community.
May I please know your timezone so that I can raise a ticket on your behalf with our support team that operates during your working hours?
Cheers!
- Ben (Bitbucket Cloud Support)

Thank You! I am in Los Angeles, PST.
It is really stressing me out because we have many projects in the repositories as well as all the JIRA tickets.
