Move bitbucket.org repository to Atlassian Cloud team

Hi,

I have a personal bitbucket.org user with a few repositories. I'd like to transfer these to our company account created recently in Atlassian Cloud. Users, wiki, tickets should not be transferred.

Is there a way to do this, or shall I copy the repo myself manually and change origin everwhere?

You should have a "Transfer repository" option in the repo admin panel (on the "Repository Details" page).

So, you are saying that it does not matter that I would like to migrate a bitbucket.org repo to an Atlassian Cloud one?

I'm not sure what you're asking here. bitbucket.org is Bitbucket Cloud; there is no repo storage on "Atlassian Cloud" other than Bitbucket Cloud.
