I've inherited a JIRA/BitBucket instance off someone who has left the company - so trying to unpick how it as all been setup.
From what I can see Bitbucket is configured to use the 'JIRA User Directory' - which in turn is configured to look at LDAP.
Our LDAP filtering brings in about ~550 people - only 7-9 of these people will be logging into the system (and have done so) Is it all these 'ghost' users that is causing the complaint?
I don't have the knowledge to refine the LDAP filters - and also not sure how I would be able to pick out only the people I need?
If I check out my bitbucket-users group I have 6 users listed, this is below our licence limit....
Ok - so this was a latency issue - logging back in now I can see that it registers just the 9 users that we had.
Nobody new has signed in but now it reports I have 1 too many users?
