Missing "Fork at" field

I am trying to fork my Bitbucket git repo at a certain tag (or branch), but I do not see that option as it indicates I should here:

I have 11 tags and 15 branches, so I expect I would see that dropdown.

We don't support forking a Git repo from a tag or branch. This is an error in our documentation. I've fixed the error. My apologies for the confusion.
