Missing Projects and Repositories

Hello,

I logged into my Bitbucket account after about a year of inactivity, and all my project and repositories appear to be missing.

I suspect this may be related to workspace access or account issues.

Could you please help me locate or recover my repositories?

I can see your account is active. If the workspace you lost access to is owned by someone else - I would suggest reaching out to them and asking them to review your access.

Otherwise, you may have logged in using the wrong email address, and aren't seeing your content as you aren't logged into the correct account - we have articles on troubleshooting this below:

Thank you for checking.

I’m confident I’m logged in with the correct email address, and I was the admin/owner of the workspace and repositories. This was not a workspace owned by someone else.

After logging in again following a long period of inactivity, the projects and repositories that were previously under my account/workspace no longer appear. Could you please help me investigate whether:

1. The workspace is still associated with my account;
2. The repositories were archived, removed, or affected by inactivity;
3. The workspace or repositories can be restored or recovered.

Please let me know if you need any additional verification from me, such as the workspace name, repository names, or any other identifying information.
