Migrating projects with repositories from bitbucket server v4.14.5 todatacenter v6.6.0 using RestAPI

How can we migrate specific project with repositories from bitbucket server 4.14.5 version to datacenter 6.6.0 version using Rest Api?

I found documentaion on datacenter migration tool , but in the rest api documentation of version 4.14.5 i don't find any  information. Can the datacenter migration tool be used with 4.14.5 version?

If not kindly advise on the possibilities using rest api?
