Lost emergency key

my Jira’s account expired and need to login again. and enabled the two factor authentication. But I lost my emergency key and phone, so I can't login.

I can't recover my account now, please help me recover my account. my account is yang.liu@easystack.cn

I'm afraid Atlassian can't help you with a lost Google account.  It sounds like you probably need to look at recovering your Google account - https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185834?hl=en is a starting point I think

Sorry, I made a mistake in the description, not google authentication, but enabled the two factor authentication with jira account.  I refer to https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/login-issues-related-to-two-step-verification/#Your-emergency-recovery- key-doesn--x27-t-work-or-you--x27-ve-lost-it  , but I don't see "Send recovery email", Please help send?

my friend had the same problem and he said you can send an email for recovery and after 24 hours I will receive the email and perform the recovery
