Greetings,

We have an issue that all the admin members of our Bitbucket organization have left and their emails are no longer in use https://bitbucket.org/homerunbynet/

We need to add 2 new members but our license doesn't allow more and we can't remove the old users or upgrade the billing.

How can we delete inactive users and promote active users to admin?

Hello and welcome @Zunnu

  1. You can try to reach out to Atlassian Support with a no-login option.
  2. If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path:
  3. Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
  4. Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
  5. Continue without logging in.
  6. Enter your email. In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
  7. Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
  8. Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.

Probably Atlassian will need from your organization some things to prove you eligible for what you requesting.
