I need help updating the sign-in email for my Atlassian account.

to my active mailbox, so I can’t receive password-reset or verification emails.~@gm.~.ac.kr
I’m currently locked out because I can’t get any messages sent to the old address.
Could someone guide me through the fastest way to:

.If there’s a direct form or Support ticket category for “Lost access to old email,” please let me know. I can provide whatever proof is needed (site URL, billing info, screenshots, etc.).

Don't worry, the same thing happened to me in the past when switching jobs.
Just open up a ticket to support here -> Atlassian Support
I'd say the best category for this is probably going to be "Personal Data and GDPR"
