Lost access to Bitbucket workspace after automatic Atlassian Organization linking

Hello Atlassian Support,

I received the notice requiring my Bitbucket workspace [REDACTED] to be linked to an Atlassian Organization by March 15, 2026. I missed the deadline, and now I cannot access the workspace/repositories.

Workspace ID: [REDACTED]
Affected repository: [REDACTED]
My Atlassian account email: [REDACTED]
Error message: 404 Repository not found, Empty worksace, repo is not listed

Please check which Atlassian Organization the workspace was automatically linked to and restore my admin/access permissions. If the workspace was linked to an automatically created organization, please confirm how I can regain organization/workspace admin access.

Hi @_molticlub 

I can confirm that your workspace is not linked to an organisation. The reason you're not able to see it is because it was marked inactive as per the following initiative which was executed against inactive workspaces:

There are some issues with the self-service recovery (which are being investigated) so our support techs have been re-activating these upon request.

I've gone ahead and done so for your account, please log back in and check again - you should see the workspace.
