Looking for a way to Create a Jira Request when a pull requests is created

In researching this, I found that webhooks in Jira do not support the event of pull requests. I was wondering if there is another way to do this.
I am looking to do the following:
- Create a Jira with the creation of the pull requests with the description of the pull request in the Jira
- Create a Jira comment when a comment is made in the pull request
- Create a Jira comment when the status or something changes in the pull request except close and cancel.
- Close the Jira when the pull request is approved along with a comment about pull requests
- Cancel the Jira when the pull request is rejected along with a comment about the pull request
