Login Issue: OpenID Transaction in Progress

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When attempting to login, after email & password entered, the page goes to a blank page with OpenID Transaction in Progress, then reloads, then OpenID Transaction in Progress, the reloads, etc. It's been looping for a while...
Is this possibly a browser security setting I need to update, or is this an account issue? Two tickets logged so far but no answer and need to get in.
(Edit To Add) Have tried the fixes in other threads to no avail... :(
