I am able to successfully log into my Atlassian account, under the same username. Once logged in, I am able to also successfully access Trello. However when I attempt to access Bitbucket while logged in, it shows the user as "anonymous," and clicking on anything loops me back around to the "join a workspace" page. I have been able to access Bitbucket in the past, but rebooting, clearing cache and cookies, etc., nothing seems to fix my access now. The image below is how the page always appears:
I was reading other community tickets that some user's accounts were marked as inactive and locked, and those accounts were able to be restored by people responding to messages. This may be applicable in my case as well, however I am unsure.
If there is any other information I can provide to help restore my access, please let me know.
Hey @Max Lepper
Welcome to the community!
This is expected behavior because your Atlassian account is not yet a member of any Bitbucket workspace, so Bitbucket is prompting you to join or create one.
I hope this helps!
Regards,
Syahrul
Thank you Syahrul. Previous attempts to invite me to the shared workspace were not coming through, but it did work when trying again today, and this is now resolved. Thank you for confirming my account status.

It looks like you are logged into your Atlassian account, but it is not connected to any Bitbucket workspace yet. That’s why Bitbucket is showing you as an anonymous user. You usually need to be invited to a workspace by an admin or create your own workspace to get proper access Try logging out and back in after accepting a workspace invite. Clearing cookies or using an incognito window can also help in some cases. This is a common issue and is usually related to workspace membership, not the Atlassian account itself.
