List all licensed users with the last time they accessed bitbucket and then bulk deactivate

Hello,

My bitbucket instance is running out of licenses.  Because we have all the tools integrated, many non-developers have authenticated against bitbucket and thus have a license.  Is there a way to list all users in the "bitbucket-users" group and when they last logged into the instance?  I then want to take all user that haven't logged into the instance in the last 3 months and remove them from the "bitbucket-users" group.

Side note, I just downloaded scriptrunner and have access to use that if it would help.

Thank Ana.  Looks like the links are for jira and not bitbucket.  I will take a look.
