Limiting execution time of the Pipelines

Hi,

Is there a way to limit upfront execution time of the particular pipeline?

I am asking because it happens from time to time, that our build is getting stuck on the `npm install` step and it hangs there for like 2hours which is consuming ours build minutes.

If it were possible to limit build time in the `bitbucket-pipeline.yml` file then it would be great.
