Keyboard shortcut to change source view URL to include commit SHA to create a permalink

Is there a keyboard shortcut (or an intent to create a keyboard shortcut) to modify the URL of a source view to include the currently referenced SHA hash, thus creating a permalink?

Github allows a user to simply press `y` to accomplish this.
