Jira Tickets are not being linked to their respective Pull Requests in Bit Bucket Cloud.

We are using both Cloud version for Jira and Bitbucket. All the repositories are linked to Jira. still we are facing issue. 

How to resolve this Issue.

Hello @Deepika.Kanaparthi and thank you for reaching out to Community!

The Bitbucket and Jira integration was facing a temporary issue earlier today that caused some Jira issues to not correctly show the information from the linked Bitbucket data.

Our engineering team already did a resync for the affected instances which should have refreshed all the missing links. 

If you notice there are still links missing in your Pull Requests, we kindly ask you to create an internal support ticket with our team so they can investigate further.
