JIRA compatibility and user count for Bitbucket server 5.15

We currently have a JIRA v6.3 + Confluencev5.6 hosted instance. We use Crowd as user directory (ultimately getting users from Active Directory).
We are considering adding Bitbucket Server to our stack.
Is Bitbucket 5.15 fully compatible with JIRA v.6.3?
Only 4 of our current 15 users need to access Bitbucket or see content from Bitbucket.
Can we purchase a 10-user Bitbucket even when we have 25-user JIRA and Confluence?
