JIRA Integration

Hi Team,

We are trying to integrate JIRA with this Bitbucket server but getting error like "Bitbucket server is not register as Consumer (Need the consumer key and public key)". Kindly help us to integrate with Jira.

You shouldn't need to be entering those parameters manually. Can you confirm you're following the steps at Linking Bitbucket Server with Jira?

If you're still having issues, can you send us a screenshot of the message you get? Also, can you let us know which version of Jira and Bitbucket Server are you using?

Hi Ana,

We followed the same steps as mentioned in the link Linking Bitbucket Server with Jira. Still we are facing connection issue. Below are the screenshot of steps we followed.

Kindly help us to resolve the consumer key issue.
