It appears that all access to bitbucket takes a long time to resolve

For the last while it is taking a long time for npm pull requests to our repositories using git+https take many minutes for small repositories.  Additionally, as I try to create a PR the screen takes a while to load w/ the commit information etc.  

I've done a speed test on my connection and I'm getting 20mb/sec.  Other site and git downloads work great and fast but anything connected to your service is SLOW and painful.  

Please advise.

As you confirmed this is only affecting Bitbucket repositories, and they are actually small, this could be related to some problem in these repositories. In this case, could you please share the name of the repositories (masked with *** in the middle), so I can investigate them?
