Are you still facing this issue?

If this concerns a Bitbucket Cloud account (in https://bitbucket.org/), you can request a password reset email via https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword

Do you receive an email to change your password if you use this link? (Please make sure to check your Spam folder as well)

Also, are you trying to reset the password for the account with the same email as your community account? Or does this issue occur with an account with a different email?
