Issue with Latest Bitbucket Version – Exception During Configuration (HV000149)

I recently set up the latest version of Atlassian Bitbucket in a Docker-based environment and manually i have encountered the same issue , ensuring that all prerequisites were met. However, during the configuration phase, I encountered the following error:

HV000149: An exception occurred during message interpolation

This is WARN message and not ERROR. A workaround is mentioned in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-19812 to stop this WARN.

if found the solution by changing the languages settings of my chrome to english ,

it was in frensh , i cannot explian the coorelation but finally it works
