I am contacting you regarding an issue when inviting a specific email address to our Bitbucket workspace.
When we try to add this user through Add members, the invitation email is not sent and the user is not added to the workspace. Other users can be invited without any problem, but this issue occurs only with this particular email address.
We have already checked the following:
The email address is correct and active.
The user has checked their spam/junk folder.
Our mail system allows emails from atlassian.com.
We attempted to resend the invitation, but the issue persists.
Could you please help us investigate why the invitation email is not being sent and why the user cannot be added?
If needed, I can provide the workspace name, the email address used for the invitation, and additional details.

Since this only fails for one specific email address while other invitations work, this does not look like a general Bitbucket invite problem.
The first thing I would check is the recipient side. A known cause is that the user has disabled Atlassian product invitation emails in their email preferences. In that case, the invite may be sent, but they still will not receive it.
If that is already correct, I would then check whether that user already appears in the workspace access management in some form, because that can also cause confusion with invitations.
So from my side, I would start with the recipient’s Atlassian email preferences first.
