Issue Migration to Jira - Incomplete (Attachments)

With the sunsetting of Issues in Bitbucket migration to Jira is offered in the headline on the issues page.

I have done this, and just now recognized that attachments are not migrated.

So, as an example in my use case - this might be a video from a user illustrating an issue, a PDF of a specification (keep the API spec with the work item)

Without attachments I lose a lot of the value in the migration.

Am I missing something?

did you perfomed steps as defined in the following article https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/export-issue-data-to-jira-cloud/ ?

If so try to reach the Atlassian support team https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/

I followed the steps in that article and have the same problem.

I can't contact the Atlassian support team because I am on a free JIRA plan (but paid Bitbucket account).

This is very disappointing.
