I have a 10 user starter license for the Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket products.
When I sign into JIRA, I see the following message at the top of the screen in red.
"Your JIRA Software license user limit is exceeded."
I was wondering, what limitation does this impose? Is the user limit for 10 CONCURRENT users signed into the application at the same time? Or just, 10 users max - period the end.
