Is this possible to generate automatic email on SVN commit?

I want that when a user commits any code on SVN, an automatic email should be generated to all project members showing the files updated and difference with previous version of files.

Is this possible in my JIRA OnDemand instance that I have?

Not possible from the server (OnDemand) side.

You can do it from the client side if your svn client application allows client side hooks. It is definitely not ideal.
