Is there logging of user accesses to Atlassian products, especially to bitbucket/git?

Is there logging of user accesses to Atlassian products, especially to bitbucket/git? Our risk management team wants to know if there is a log of accesses can be audited in case of a security breach. How can I, as an administrator, see such a log?
