Is there any role which allows user access to pipline and not allow this user access any others

There are components such as Source, Commits, Branches ( I meant that all features relating sources), I want these features disable for one user and this user only see Pipline available to use.

Is there any specific permission setting to do that?

I see some roles such as Site Administrator, Site Responders (Bitbucket), Site Responders (Piplines) But i don't know the permission of these roles. Is there any role above to support for my purpose?
