Am searching for the variable to find repo owner's email id like ${BITBUCKET_REPO_SLUG}

The repository can have multiple admins. What do you want to achieve?

The simplest approach is just to define a custom variable with the mail group address that you want to send notifications to.

Notifications are normally configured on the user level, so everyone decides on it's very own which notification to receive and which not.

Somehow this makes total sense to me.

Otherwise see the suggestion by @Radek Antoniuk .
