I wonder if there is an option to sort the PR list by number of reviewers-approvals ASC so it will always have at the top of the list the more "urgent" PR to review.
I find my self scanning this list everyday searching where I can help by reviewing and because we have a lot of PRs during our sprint it's hard to spot the relevant PRs.
