Is there a way to set a Repo to Require Issue Key to true using the Bitbucket Cloud REST API?

We use the Bitbucket Cloud REST API to create repositories with standardized settings. We would like to enable require_issue_key but it looks like it's not in the 2.0 docs. Any way to do this through the API?
