Is there a way to remove/hide the 'Can't access your account?' link in Stash v3.1.0?

As per the title, is this possible? All our users are registered on our LDAP and this link is very misleading.

Is there a way to disable/ hide/ remove this link to avoid confusion?

Unfortunately not, I'd cast your vote on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH-4458 to get this fixed in an upcoming release.

If it's hurting your users in the meantime, you could write a small plugin that hides the link using JS/CSS. https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/stash-markdown-viewer-plugin is a good example of an add-on that binds a javascript file to a Stash page if you need a place to start.
