Is there a simple way or plugin to tag a branch after merging the pull request?

Hi,
I am wondering, Is there a simple way or maybe a plugin to tag a branch after merging the pull request, inserting PR description and approvers list into tag's annotation?

You can create tag for a particular branch, you can see all commits in that tag.

In your case you can create tag after you merging the pull request by selecting the branch which you are merged the changes (while you're creating the tag).

Thank you very much for reply.

I understand regarding tags and manual way to tag the branch, but the question is - is there a way to do so when we merge PR in BitBucket?  I mean when someone clicks the button "Merge"
